Exotics provides several different
hardwood species of 3/8 inch thickness in
the three and five inch plank format. A
functional floor for those seeking some of
the more
popular darker colored choices
consumers are seeking today. Overall
lengths range up to 60 inches, over the
more common 48 seen with other engineered
hardwoods.
As with many other
Bruce engineered products, the five inch
plank cannot be stapled. Some 3 inch
planks in the American Exotics line also
have this restriction. However, all
products can be floated or glued over a
proper subfloor. Always consult the
manufacturer specifications prior to any
purchase or installation.
Hardwood species
include Hickory, Birch, Maple, American
Cherry, and American Walnut. Stain colors
offered are many with notable ones of
Cocoa Brown, Autumn Brown, Peppercorn,
Paprika, and Molasses to name a few. |
