Job Of The Week
If you were a visitor to our site in the summer of 2002 I began a series of job highlights for my own amusement that lasted into early 2004 when I retired from actually installing floors. Unfortunately all those photos and articles are long gone. What I would love to do is restart the series, but it needs folks like yourself that have a reasonable knack for putting together article material along with jobsite photos.
How It Works? I'll send you an outline that covers the basics of what should be covered in the Job Of The Week segment or you can view the three segments (below) I put together back in 2008 for ideas. Think of it as a micro This Old House program. I'm looking for specific product ideas or applications not already covered on our site. For flooring finishers the game is wide open as the site has limited information on the subject.
Permanent Placement Each story will remain permanently on the site with the actual featured job having top billing on the home page (see below red box) of the site only if there's interest. Considering our site is viewed by more than 40,000 consumers monthly you're sure to get noticed than being on some out of the way blog, or Facebook page that goes unread.
Each Job Of The Week article will receive your name, contact information and link to your site on the web.
Who?
Anybody that installs, refinishes, sells, or manufacturers hardwood flooring and related products tools etc.
What's Not Accepted?
Armchair article writers that want nothing but a link to their website. Save us some time by going elsewhere. I'm looking for true professionals that know their business. All articles must be original and not mass produced or copied from other websites including your own.
